What do I do when a breakdown occurs?

1. Call us toll free at 1-888-323-3577 or visit this website to place a service request. 
    
2. A local service contractor will be assigned to handle your request, and will contact you within 24 hours.
    
3. The service contractor will schedule a time, during normal business hours, to diagnose the problem and give you the procedure for repairs.
    
4. After the contractor has completed the requested service, a LivingShield Representative will follow up with you to verify your satisfaction with your customer experience through LivingShield.
